Continuing our series using the Early Church as our blue print

There are a lot things that look similar but are infact very different. As one of my dear friends will say, is it a gift or a present. Funnily I looked it up and here are some OMG facts

It’s surprising, but there is an actual difference between a gift and a present. Mix the two up? You are not alone. A gift is essentially giving someone in one way or another something that you own, for whatever reason. However, a present is a gift that must be ‘presented’ to the person you are giving it to.
So if you’re mailing something to Grandma for her birthday, it’s actually a ‘gift’ and not a ‘present’.
If you’re at a wedding and you walk up and hand the bride and groom their gift, it’s actually a ‘present’. Confusing, isn’t it?
Hab 2:2
And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. King James Version
Then the LORD said to me, “Write my answer plainly on tablets, so that a runner can carry the correct message to others. New Living Word
When he answered, the LORD told me: “Write out the revelation, engraving it clearly on the tablets, so that a courier may run with it. International Standard Version
